  • Referring to the Builder Backed standard located in your homeowners manual received at your walk thru, please describe in detail your warranty request.
  • If you have outstanding walk-through items, it is not necessary to list them as they are already in process.
  • In order to facilitate warranty requests, please provide full access to your house during normal business hours (7:30 - 4:30, M-F).
  • 30-Day Service Reports are accepted in the first 60 days after closing. Warranty requests submitted after 60 days may be addressed at the 1-year service appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in this process.
